2. Information We Collect

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Service includes:

  • Personal Data: Personally identifiable information, such as your email address, that you voluntarily give to us when you register with our Service.
  • Financial Data: We do not store any payment information. All payments are processed through the third-party payment processors.
  • Derivative Data: Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Service, such as your IP address, your browser type, your operating system, your access times, and the pages you have viewed directly before and after accessing the Service.
  • User-Generated Data: We store data that you voluntarily create within the application, such as trade logs in the Strategy Hub and simulation settings.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

6. Browser Extension (PipGems Signal Companion)

If you install our Chrome extension, the following applies in addition to the sections above:

  • Account login: You sign in with your PipGems email and password via Firebase Authentication. The extension stores your session token locally on your device only; your password is never stored by the extension.
  • Signals and trade logs: The extension reads your live signal feed and, if you use the Log-a-Trade panel, writes your win/loss entries to your own Strategy Hub session — the same data you see on the website.
  • AI Chart Scanner: Only when you press the Scan button, the extension captures an image of your current chart and sends it to our server for analysis. Images are used solely to generate your analysis result and are not shared with third parties.
  • No browsing data collection: The extension does not track your browsing history, does not read or collect content from broker websites, and never clicks, fills, or automates anything on any website. It only displays information on top of the page.
  • Local preferences: Sound, voice, and pair-filter settings are stored locally in your browser.
  • No sale of data: We do not sell or transfer extension user data to third parties, and we do not use it for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose of delivering your PipGems signals and trade journal.
